How to enter our competitions for free by post

This document sets out the free postal entry route for Promotions operated by CARVANTIC LTD. It is intended to align with the "Free Entry Route" provisions in the Terms and Conditions. A free postal entry route is available for each Promotion in order to comply with applicable UK law.

Pre-paid first or second class post only. Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted.

Each Free Entry Must Include

The Promotion name or identifier

Your full name

Your date of birth

Your postal address

A contact email address and telephone number

Where applicable, the correct answer to the Competition Question

Important Notes

▸ Free Entries that are incomplete, illegible, bulk submitted, or not received in time will be void.
▸ Each postal Entry must be submitted and posted separately. Multiple entries in one envelope will be treated as one Entry only.
▸ Free Entries must be received before the Closing Date and before any applicable entry cap is reached.
▸ Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
▸ The availability of the free entry route will not affect the fairness or integrity of the Promotion.
